Role Overview


We are currently looking for an experienced Growth Marketer, based out of our head office location in Toronto, Canada, to help execute our strategic growth plan. Working with and influencing both external and internal stakeholders, you will be at the forefront of our organization’s fast-evolving growth strategy. To succeed in the role, you must be tenacious, crave a challenge and love crushing KPIs. You are well-versed in all aspects of digital marketing – from strategy and development of campaigns to execution, across all channels, including paid social, paid search, podcasts and traditional media. Equally as importantly, you have a passion for changing the world and helping people live happier, healthier, more fulfilling lives, and don’t accept the status quo.


What You'll Do


  • Develop customer acquisition strategies and develop go-to market plans by channel
  • Continuously refine target demo strategies and constantly evaluate strategies by market based on insights gained
  • Oversee all paid marketing channels – paid social, paid search, podcasts, radio, email marketing and others
  • Develop SEO strategies to continuously improve organic search rankings for all Field Trip digital properties
  • Manage relationships with key external agencies and constantly review their performance against plan
  • Develop campaign performance reporting scorecards and metrics
  • Collaborate with management team and other key stakeholders to develop clear targets and KPIs
  • Develop and execute plans for new channel experimentation based on market and customer needs\


What You Bring to the Team


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing
  • 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing
  • Proven track record in high growth environment with a B2C focus
  • Strong analytical skills, data and metrics-driven
  • Exceptional time management and ability to problem solve under pressure
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • An innovative thinker with ability to operate in fast-paced environment
  • Start-up experience a plus
