Field Trip Health is looking for licensed psychotherapists to join our innovative psychedelic psychotherapy practices. We are looking for clinicians with a trauma-informed approach to care, strong interpersonal skills, and a desire to be an integral part of a dynamic and rapidly growing team dedicated to transforming the mental health care system. As we're growing in the United States and Canada, please apply here for possible upcoming clinics. Opportunities are available for Full-time, Part-time and contractors. We would love to hear from you!
Field Trip is currently offering ketamine assisted psychotherapy with the vision of incorporating other psychedelic therapeutics once FDA expanded access is granted. Ketamine is emerging as an effective option in the treatment of depression, anxiety, PTSD and other mental health issues. Our treatment philosophy is an integrative, collaborative approach emphasizing the importance of therapeutic alliances, cultivating self-agency and creating optimal conditions through set and setting to support a person’s inner healing intelligence. We believe that the biochemical antidepressant and neuroplastic properties of ketamine are amplified when a person is well prepared for their journey and results maximized when there is space for new insights and perspectives to be integrated into their narratives. If you are interested in exploring ketamine assisted therapy or have the experience and need the best environment to practice psychedelics assisted therapy, then this is the place for you!
The role will include administering psychotherapy intake assessments, utilizing screening instruments (online), and providing ongoing therapeutic support throughout a client’s course of treatment. This may include conducting both individual and group therapy sessions designed to assist clients in developing insights, improving coping strategies, improving day-to-day functioning, fostering integration experiences, and enhancing overall wellness and quality of life. Being part of a pioneering movement is dynamic and requires an adaptable, process oriented, “how can I help” team approach. While a therapist’s primary responsibility will be clinical, participation in downtime projects and initiatives will be a key part of the role. We seek people eager to bring their gifts and passions to this exciting phase of growth and evolution at Field Trip Health.
